M. Afonina graduated from the Moscow Open State Pedagogical University with a degree in social pedagogy. For over 20 years she worked in T&D in large national and international companies - KPMG, Citibank, VimpelCom, Rosatom in management positions. She improved her qualifications at MIGIP, ESMT, Skolkovo.

She used to be the head of the Leadership Development Center of the Rosatom Corporate Academy, where she implemented project, that built a training system and transformed corporate culture, conducted training programs for top managers for large companies.

Maria carries out private practice in psychology, acts as a motivational speaker, career and life coach, consultant.
