Education
He received his higher education at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, from which he graduated with a degree in finance and credit.

Work experience
In Rostelecom, in the role of First Vice President - CFO, he oversees the financial and economic block, the strategy block, and the business cluster for the development of a new digital business X. Technologies, the Commit Capital venture fund and work with startups, the office of transformation and optimization of business processes, and also leads the client-centricity development program in the Rostelecom Group.
Prior to Rostelecom, since 2014, he headed the finance of VTB Bank’s new business line as finance director of a medium-sized business — Senior vice president. In 2015-2016, he was additionally the Financial Director of the Bank of Moscow.

He began his career in the banking sector in 2007 as Vice President, Head of Department at retail VTB 24, and since 2011 he has served as Vice President and Deputy finance director. In 2000, while still a fourth-year student, he began his career at SAS, an IT company specializing in the development and sale of solutions and services in the field of business intelligence and big data. Over the years, he worked his way up to the head of work with the financial sector.
