Vitaly has a huge experience in the field of investor’s attraction and support of investment projects. He started his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young, then held the senior post in the Department of corporate governance and interaction between shareholders in Rosseti. The list of his working places also includes the state corporations such as Rosatom and VEB.RF.

Besides Vitaly Stepanov had been in the active development for the Moscow economics trends in the Moscow industrial development agency, now he is holding the post of CEO of the Moscow Export Center.
