In 1998-2002 – Deputy Technical Director of KRAZ.
Since 2002, he has been the General Director of the RUSAL Engineering and Technology Center.
Currently, the Director of Technical Development at RUSAL. Today, thanks to the work of Viktor Mann and the staff of the technical directorate, which he heads, RUSAL is one of the most innovative companies in the world. Viktor Mann holds the Order of Merit for the Fatherland and is an Honorary Metallurgist of the Russian Federation.
