Graduated from the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
Viktor Dmitriev was at the origins of the creation of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPP) in 2002 and led the Association until 2004. From 2004 to 2007 worked as deputy director of the Federal State Institution “Scientific Center for Expertise of Medicinal Products” of Roszdravnadzor. In October 2007, by the decision of the General Meeting of ARFP members V.A. Dmitriev was re-elected General Director of ARPP.
Viktor Dmitriev is the Chairman of the Public Council under Roszdravnadzor, a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Viktor Aleksandrovich combines work in the pharmaceutical industry with scientific and pedagogical activities, being a candidate of medical sciences, associate professor of the department of clinical pharmacology and propaedeutics of internal diseases
of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical Universityof the Russian Ministry of Health, member of the editorial boards of scientific journals, author of more than 50 scientific papers.
Viktor Dmitriev represents the Russian pharmaceutical industry at international meetings and forums of the business community, as well as as part of delegations within the framework of foreign Russian business missions. Conducts systematic work to prepare proposals for improving the regulatory framework in the field of healthcare, industrial policy and import substitution. A significant part of the work is devoted to attracting Russian and foreign investments in the pharmaceutical industry and stimulating the localization of production.
