Kirill Menshov graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2002 and later in 2006 completed his professional training under Strategic HR Management Program in the State University of Management. In 2009 Kirill received his MBA cum laude in Telecommunications from Moscow International Higher Business Scholl (MIRBIS).
Kirill Menshov has been working in IT and telecommunications for over 15 years. His career started in 2003 with CBOSS, where he successively held positions of billing system support engineer and head of the entire Professional Services business, and was responsible for consulting, product implementation and support. In 2010 Kirill joined Yota Group of Companies, where he held the office of Director for Development and Program Management with the responsibility for development of automation systems and telecommunications business support. In 2013 Kirill started working in finance sector, and in 2015 he took the office of President for IT in the united bank Otkrytie Financial Corporation.
In November 2017 Kirill Menshov was appointed Rostelecom Vice President for IT.
In March he was promoted to Senior Vice President for IT of Rostelecom and became a member of the Company’s Management Board.
In April 2018 Kirill Menshov joined the Technology Policy Commission of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange.
