In 2015, he graduated from MGSU with honors. In 2016, he defended his Master’s degree in Economics.

In 2013-2017, he was responsible for strategic partnerships with retail chains at Hewlett-Packard.

In 2017-2021, he led the cold sales group at Roistat and formed the strongest team in the department.
In 2021, he moved to Mail.RU Group in the fintech PayDay project for the role of business development manager. He was responsible for bringing the project to market and promoting it.
Since 2022, he has been the ESG Ambassador, Director of Human Resources Electronic Document Management at VK and an expert in the automation of HR processes. Since the foundation of the project in 2022, he has transferred more than 420,000 employees in 400 companies to CED. The Rivgosh and Nexign cases are the winners of the HR Club’s «How to Do?» award. In 2023, he increased the revenue of the project by 4 times compared to 2022. The initiative of the Commodity to abandon paper document management has helped to save more than 10,000 trees.
