At Skolkovo Yuri Khakhanov is responsible for development of 200+ innovative projects portfolio of smart city technologies, incl. construction, utilities, infrastructure, smart home systems, HVAC, waste management, etc. Yuri also manages companies’ acceleration programs in these areas including the first and largest in Russia Build UP acceleration program for real estate development and construction companies.
Yuri Khakhanov holds Ph.D. in Management and Economics. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University: M.Sc. with Hons. in Innovation Management, B.Sc. with Hons. in Nonlinear Dynamics and Networks.
