Vladimir Zhuikov has over 15 years of experience in direct investments and private equity. At RDIF he implements and manages project teams on deals primarily in high-tech, artificial intelligence, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Before joining RDIF Vladimir worked at Direct Investments Department of Gazprombank as a Deputy Director responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing M&A and direct equity transactions in petrochemicals and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to that Vladimir worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the transaction services department responsible for commercial due diligence and investment projects assessment in various industries.

He graduated from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and the London School of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and holds Master’s degree in Finance from the New Economic School.
