One of the founders and owner of PROTEI company having its head office in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He was graduated from St. Petersburg University of Telecommunications in 1996 and started career in Research and Development Center for Telecommunications as an engineer. In 1998 he was appointed to the post of Head of IN-platforms group. In 2002 has become the founder and shareholder of PROTEI. Vladimir owns 18,87 percent share in the company and holds the position of VP Marketing and Business Development specializing in international projects for MNO/MVNO.
