The winner of the competition «Leaders of Russia»

In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with a degree in Information Security Organization, and in 2017 completed his studies at the Higher School of Business Informatics of the Higher School of Economics with a specialization in «MBA Strategic Management of Information Systems». In 2022, he completed the CTDO diploma program at the Moscow School of Management «Skolkovo» («Digital Transformation Management»).

From 2001 to 2016, he worked at Roszheldorproekt JSC, where he worked his way up from a category 3 engineer at the St. Petersburg branch to First Deputy Director for Information Technology.

As of May 2017, he was the director of the Transset branch.

As of December 2018, he held the post of CEO of Transset.

Since 2020, he has worked as the First Deputy General Director of Russian Railways Technologies.

In 2022, he was appointed General Director of Russian Railways-Digital Passenger Solutions LLC.
