Ruslan’s experience in business and investments exceeds 20 years. He was working in leading Russian and international companies and foundations with a focus on high-tech projects, telecom and the raw materials sector. In 2018, he launched the Far Eastern High Technology Fund; he was its CEO until 2021, and before that, Deputy General Director at the Fund for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. In 2011-2013, he held the position of Senior Vice President of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF); participated in the creation of a Russian-Chinese investment fund with a capital of $2 billion. Even earlier, he worked for leading Russian and international companies: Ernst&Young, «Basic Element», CentreInvest Capital Partners, etc. In 2013, he founded the ARMA S.M.C. crossfit club chain in Moscow. He graduated from the State University of Management, Institute of Financial Management.
