Oleg Nikolaev was born in 1982 in Leningrad. He graduated from the St.
Petersburg State Transport University and received a business degree from
the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo in 2018.

Mr.Nikolaev dedicated more than 20 years to working in the Russian Railways holding company. In 2013, he was seconded from JSC Russian Railways to
the International Union of Railways as an international advisor
on railway transport.

From 2015 to 2022, he was employed at RZD International LLC, where
he worked his way up from head of production department to deputy CEO for construction and engineering. In this capacity, he oversaw the implementation of
the company’s foreign infrastructure projects (Serbia, Cuba, India, Egypt,
Mongolia, etc.). In 2022-2023, he worked as CEO of RZD Terminal LLC, a company implementing projects to create and manage
terminals and logistics centers with the participation of JSC Russian Railways.

Since May 2023, he is the head of the Center for Innovative Development, a
branch of JSC Russian Railways, which implements
key tasks for developing an innovation management system, including an
ecosystem of open innovations, introducing innovations into all areas of
activity of Russian Railways and ensuring legal protection of the
results of intellectual activity and management of property rights.
