2005 - graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2019, he completed a professional retraining program at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Since June 14, 2022, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
