Born on May 5, 1988 in Krasnoyarsk.

In 2010 graduated with honors from the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education «Siberian Federal University» with a degree in «World Economy», in 2011 received an additional qualification «Translator of English in the field of professional communication».

In 2010-2016 she worked in commercial organizations. She worked on the development and support of investment projects in the field of industry, including forestry, food industry, fuel and energy sector and others. Participated in projects on regional development and improvement of the investment climate of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

In 2016, she started working in the system of executive authorities of the city of Moscow. In the State Budgetary Institution «Moscow Innovation Agency» she rose from the head of the department to the director.

From 2017 to 2018 she held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow.

By Order of the Mayor of Moscow No. 803-RM dated October 23, 2018, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow.

By Order of the Mayor of Moscow No. 358-RM dated May 20, 2019, she was appointed First Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow.

On September 27, 2023, she was appointed Acting Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow.
