In 2003, he graduated from the Ecology Department of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (Moscow) with a major in Ecology and Nature Management.
In 2011, he defended his doctoral thesis in Economics and Management of National Economy (Environmental Economics).
He began his professional career in the department of ecology and science at the Moscow office of UNESCO. Worked in the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation and the Federal Center for Geoecological Systems in Moscow.
Since 2008, he has been working at PSJC Gazprom. Currently Executive secretary of Gazprom Coordinating committee for Sustainable Resource Management.
In 2017 he was awarded PJSC Gazprom’s Science and Technology Prize (1st place) for the introduction of PJSC Gazprom’s corporate energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions management system. Awarded the badge «Excellence in Environmental Protection» of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia.
