In 2006, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Ural State University (now UrFU) with a degree in computer science.

He has been working at Kontur since 2005. He started as a programmer in various projects: Kontur.Personal, Kontur.Report PF, Kontur.Elba. In 2009, he headed Kontur.Report PF, two years later - the Kontur.Eureka project, and a year later - Kontur.Accounting. In 2016–2017, he launched the product Kontur.OFD. For a long time he led the direction of electronic document management.

From January 1, 2022, Ilya became director of the Software Products Department. “Now I am faced with several tasks: ensuring the necessary dynamics of the company’s business growth, launching new large products and deeper integration of existing ones,” noted Ilya.

In 2023, he was included in the annual “Top 1000 Russian Managers” rating compiled by the Association of Managers and Kommersant Publishing House. Ilya took third place in the “Top 50 Development Directors” in the “information technology” section.

Ilya enjoys volleyball, football, rock climbing, triathlon, and is an Ironman triathlon finisher. Married, has four sons
