Leading expert of SBER on realization of digital transformation projects, development of corporate ecosystems and implementation of promising technologies in the corporate segment.

Has more than 14 years of experience in strategic and business consulting, innovation management, implementation of IT projects, creation of new business models and products in SBER and international consulting company Accenture.

Among the main achievements:

• Integration of 11 supporting units (>550 PSEs) of Sberbank CIB CJSC (ex-Troika Dialog) into Sberbank PJSC with process model reengineering;

• establishment and management of the CIB Block Project Office with the block’s IT project portfolio

• first launch of sales of ecosystem products for key clients through the Bank’s channel in 2018;

• creation of a project team to implement digital transformation initiatives for clients, together with Sberbank-Technologies, launch of Platform V and realization of the first deals with a number of major clients;

• realized about 3,000 deals for the sale of ecosystem products and digital transformation projects.

The main task is to manage a portfolio of transactions and projects to transform key customers using Sberbank Group’s technology, ecosystem and financial products.
