In 2004, he graduated with honors Tula State University with a degree in Psychology, and in 2009 received a second higher education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit.
From 2005 to 2007, he headed the personnel department of the largest Russian insurance company Alfa-Strakhovanie.
In 2007 he was appointed to the position of Head of HR department at the regional network of Bank Intesa, the Russian subsidiary bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo (Italy) Group.
Since 2014, he has been included in the “Top 1000 Leading Managers of Russia” according to the rating of the Kommersant Publishing House and the Russian Managers Association (RAM) as the director of personnel management among companies operating in the field of service and production of consumer goods. In 2016, he was awarded the Crystal Pyramid Prize for achievements in the field of human capital management.
Since May 2018 he has been appointed to the position of Vice President - Director of the Administrative Department of Hals-Development LLC.
In July 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director - Director of the Administrative Department of Hals-Development LLC.
Since April 2022, he has been appointed to the post of General Director of Hals-Tsifra LLC.
Hals-Tsifra is part of the Hals-Development Group.
