Biography

Alexander Bloshenko was born in 1984 in the city of Chernogolovka, Moscow region, into a family of researchers. He graduated with honors from the specialized natural science school. Then the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2010, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at the Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he worked for a total of 13 years, having worked his way up from a research engineer to deputy head of the department. He led a large number of special applied research and development commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
In 2017, he joined the Secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Rogozin D.O., where he oversaw interaction with the NTS of the Military-Industrial Complex, the Foundation for Advanced Research, as well as other issues of scientific and technical activities. In 2018, he was appointed to the position of Advisor to the General Director of the State Space Corporation Roscosmos, he was appointed to the position of Executive Director for Advanced Programs and Science then.
