New materials and production methods are “cross-cutting” technologies, largely determining the future shape of most areas of human activity – from power sector to medicine.
Within the framework of the Agreement on the Development of the High-Tech Area “Technologies of New Materials and Substances”, a Roadmap was created, covering the full life cycle of new materials development: from extraction and processing of raw materials to production and disposal.
